Me again, to answer your question regarding goals. I have a couple of mantras which help me accomplish my goals. My most long time one is quitting too soon is quitting early. The second one is: not trying is not an option. I’m currently training for a 5k Santa Shuffle. A little problem has set me back in my scheduled training, but I have resumed and am feeling better. My other goals are learning guitar, ukulele, reading goals. My mantras may have to be repeated daily to achieve my goals. I did not have deadlines or timeframes to accomplish these goals. The silver lining for me is that I am trying.

Thank you for sharing. Those five words were spoken by Rick Ridgeway, mountaineer,adventurer. These five easy,not complex words have helped me during difficult times. Like so many of us, there have been many difficult times, but I have always figured it out. I have found this phrase helps me to not overthink situations, but to commit and figure it out. I deleted my previous comment so I could provide a more thorough explanation, and my insight on those five words.
