Discovery
She was a stranger in a very strange land. Yet Aura felt more at home here than she ever had walking the streets of New York.

When I saw the randomly generated first line, “She was a stranger in a very strange land,” I knew I had to find a story for it. I read Robert A. Heinlein’s Stranger in a Strange Land more than forty years ago but still remember it fondly. My story resembles it only in the sense of someone born far from their ancestral roots coming to that familial place of origin.
