Rolli had lured the cool kids to his pizza party with a weak lie. He couldn’t face their ridicule, so…
“You inspire me.” Al climbed into the pilot’s seat of Rolli’s new eagle glider.
Rolli jumped in beside him, knowing he’d catch hell when Dad’s credit card bill came in.
I set myself a challenge with this dribble. I had to fashion a story from eight randomly generated words: ridicule, inspire, lure, cool, weak, eagle, pizza, and hell. I cheated a bit, using lured instead of lure. I took a chance and Googled eagle glider, and sure enough, it exists. Hope you liked the result.
Good one, Dascha. I’m making homemade pizza for dinner.
Oh, how so very often we strive to seek others approval and, really, I don't think it ever pays off. We're always sorry. I don't know if it was meant to be deep and profound but I felt it. Good one!
