Enough is enough

Kristen’s ego had always run her mouth. Most of the time Annette ignored it. But when she made snide comments about Charlotte while standing beside her coffin, something snapped.

Annette stepped into Kristen’s space, hissing, “Run, rabbit. I can still beat you in a fight.”

Kirsten turned tail and ran.
