I'm so glad you liked it. I really loved the idea of a strand of silver hidden in her clothes as both a reminder of who she is and an invisible rebellion against a tyrant.
Hey Sis! I have been tracing the family tree and I just thought I would let you know that you are descended from several Dukes and Counts. They are both English and French. If you want to see the tree let me know and I will send you a link.
That would be really cool, thanks! I have something I found in Mom's papers that seems to confirm the Greek prince back a few thousand years on Dad's side, but the source is unidentified.
Great stay. I was drawn in immediately and I went "away" to be with the queen.
Thanks, Carol. Glad you enjoyed the story
Supposed to say great story!
Excellent story, lovely that she was cherished so much!
Thanks, Connie!
All I can say is "wow". What a beautiful story. I love giving you prompts because they always become something precious.

This is one of your best! It feels so sweeping and epic even though it’s flash. I love the power of words. Even small stories can have a big impact
Sometimes it doesn't take a lot of words. Thanks, Jason!
I sent the link to your email. You should be able to see the whole thing.
Thank you! 💖

Did you get the link?
I did. Sorry, babysitting Malcolm and Greyson. They're busy boys.
These are on your mom's side. Your dad's side is harder to trace because it is Lebanese and that area bounces back and forth to Syria all the time.
Yes, that makes it harder.
