Arguing is exhausting to me. I don't understand why people enjoy it or find it entertaining (social media, TV shows, politics, etc.)

Me either. I rarely argue. It has to be something that really matters for me to do so. My dad apparently was an arguer. It would drive him crazy when my mom refused to engage. She'd say, "I'll talk to you when you've calmed down. "

I have an acquaintance like that. She used to be a friend, but I demoted our relationship when I got tired of always being in the wrong with her.

Itโ€™s a running joke between my husband and I. โ€œNever wanting to admit we might be wrong or right about something. He might say something likeโ€Iโ€™ve been wrong once before,โ€ and we laugh.
