Winter had me in its grasp. The blizzard had raged for three days, cutting power to half the county. I hadn’t been able to even open my door until a friend with a snowmobile and a shovel had come to my rescue. I stared past Nadim through my now open front door. Nothing but white as far as my eye could see. Even the small wood at the end of my farm was a blur of white. “I’ve never seen this much snow.”
We have a few inches headed our way in Texas tomorrow 🥶Hopefully, just a short winter storm. Rain, ice, sleet, then snow. As long as our power stays on this time we will be fine.
I love winter and this story makes me love it even more.
I love the story you created! I wasn't feeling particularly positive about winter when I sent the prompt so this smile was appreciated!!
