I love the song, too. I hope we all keep dancing. In the 70s, a local band called Chilliwack, sang "let's dance to the sound of our feet upon the ground". That created a vision for me of a child dancing solely to express the joy they felt in their hearts. And once every so often I still get out there and just dance. I hope we never as adults lose that unfettered expression of joy, even in the midst of challenging moments. Our heart dancing to the singing of a bird in the dark of December. 🎼🐦
I remember Chilliwack! I was told they were named after the place they came from in BC, and only after moving here a few years ago, got to see that place. I love how you express your vision and your joy in dancing. I'm telling you, Laura, it's the poet in your soul!
